"In scientific disciplines, the phrase “a state of equilibrium has been reached” describes a dynamic flow between two entities, where one gains exactly what the other loses, and vice versa. This exchange helps sustain both entities equally. For me, “Balancing Polarity” means creating this flow in the form of knowledge and information. In a world where knowledge and information flow freely, we can bridge opposites into a sustainable balance through exchange. “Balancing Polarity” is about fostering dialogue and openness to transform diversity and opposites into stability and growth." - Jasmin Behrens
